When we give ourselves permission to slow down, relax, allow, and make space for calm presence in this moment, we can "see," feel, and move healing energy to where it is needed. From here, transformation occurs.

"Energy Medicine" is a collective term used to refer to a variety of techniques that modify and manipulate the human energy fields associated with mental, spiritual and bodily functioning.   

The theory of Energy Medicine is rooted in the knowledge that the clean flow and balance of the body’s intentionally changeable bio-electric fields are critical for physical, spiritual, and emotional health and well-being.

I see, sense, feel, and know from experience that this energetic approach to affecting positive change in your entire mind body-sprit-complex is an effective and powerful way to support healing while inspiring conscious changes that positively affect your overall wellness.

 During a PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL COUNSELING session I lead you through  a series of guided meditations that provide a powerful  and unique personal experience in addition to teaching skills I encourage you to practice.

With your permission and by your intentions, I take a look at your mind-body-spirit and offer treatment to address your needs, whatever they may be.   I say what I see, then offer a healing container and imagery that invites your active participation using your own "symbolic sight."  

In short, we create symbolic representations of your real life stuff to work with, and then apply your personally generated healing intentions and imagery to your physical existence.

 With mindful and focused practice, you will gain personal mastery of skills that improve: 

in the moment self observation and regulation, 

authentic connection with others,

 deeper self awareness, 

and the release of thought patterns and knee-jerk reactions that no longer suit you. 

The culmination of this process is greater trust in your SELF and your choices in addition to a deepened personal  presence you and others will notice.

We do all of this together through guided meditative energy work that addresses your current state and needs along with coaching, supportive discussion, and mindful guidance.
